Workers' comp for Pensacola crews

We're based in Pensacola and can meet you at the shop or the job site anywhere in Escambia County.

Local and in person

We live and work in Pensacola. If you'd rather go over a quote across a tailgate than on a phone call, we can do that. We cover Pensacola, Cantonment, Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach, and the rest of Escambia County.

Permits and coverage

Whether you pull permits through the City of Pensacola or Escambia County, Florida law requires proof of workers' comp or an exemption before a building permit is issued. State investigators also check job sites directly. A stop-work order can shut a job down the same day.

Payroll in 2026

Florida's minimum wage went to $15 an hour on September 30, 2026. Entry-level helpers and laborers are now at least there, and that raises the payroll your comp premium is figured on. Through a PEO, premium recalculates with every payroll, so raises are reflected automatically.

Trades we quote here

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, drywall and flooring, landscaping, pool, cleaning, pest control, and pressure washing. See all trades. We don't place roofing or tree-service accounts.
